
I am really sorry for the delay in posting, but all this time I had my child sick with a flu and I had no time at all. Now that things go better I have a little time to give you the recipe of the crepes batter I have promised you. This batter makes around 40 crepes. What I usually do is make them and then divide them to batches and freeze them. When the time comes I unfreeze them and fill them with whatever I like. But enough with talking let's go and make them.
Crepes
Ingredients (slightly adapted from
here)
3 cups flour
1 tbsp melted butter
4 eggs
1 lt milk
little salt
Directions
Shift the flour. Let everything arrive at room temperature before you mix them all. If the batter is very thick add some milk if it is very watery add some flour. Good Luck
