Now, I have the following problem, everytime I make a sweet everybody is very enthousiastic in the beginning and eat it with much appetite, but the second day and the days that follow they are bored and I end up with at least one third of the sweet at the garbage. Thus, I am trying to find recipes with which I can make sweets that can be eaten by three people in a day or two. This recipe comes from Nigella and you can find it
here.
So, if you want something easy, tasty and fast consuming go ahead and make these muffins. Let's do it then.
Chocolate Chip MuffinsIngredients250 gr plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
175 gr caster sugar
150 gr chocolate chips
250 ml milk
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
DirectionsPreheat oven to 200C and butter a 12-bun muffin tray. Shift the dry ingredients into a bowl. Pour the liquid ingredients into the mixer bowl along with the caster sugar and mix for a couple of minutes in medium to high speed. Throw the dry ingredients into the mixer bowl and mix in low speed until incorporated. It will be a runny batter and you spoon it into the muffin tray. Put it in the oven and cook for 20 minutes or until the muffins are risen. Good luck.
