Anne's Food but I made my own alterations so as to adjust it to my family's taste. Anyway, if you want the original recipe you can find it on the above mentioned blog. What I did basically is to increase the amount of white flour, sugar and apple. This is a dead easy recipe if you are desperate for a sweet and you cannot wait for long.
200gr. white flour
50 gr. wholemeal flour
100 gr. sugar
75 gr. butter
Mix all dry ingredients. Add the butter and mix gently. Add the egg and apple and quickly shape into scones. You can use a muffin tin of 12 small muffins or a tin of 6 big ones. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 10 to 12 minutes until lightly golden. Enjoy.
